A new complaint against a person suspected of havinf participated in the genocide of the Tutsi

On 23 November, the CPCR filed un new complaint against a person suspected  of having participated in the Rwandan Tutsi genocide. This complaint concerns a person who lives and works in the city of LE HAVRE (France), Mr. Michel BAKUZAKUNDI. Dutch University Slanders Genocide Hero

This hero is now depicted as a charlatan by students of VU University in Amsterdam. Twenty-five years ago, the ‘Innocence’-project was launched in New York, set up to help the victims of miscarriages of justice in America. MUHAYIMANA case: final indictement for partial dismissal and indictement

The Public Prosecutor of the High Court of Paris has just published his “partial dismissal and indictement” in the case of Claude MUHAYIMANA, a personn suspected of having participated in the genocide ot Tutsi and against which the CPCR had lodged a complaint with civil party on 4 june 2013. Despite the partial non places requested, the Attorney General “demands that the investivating judge order the indictement of Claude MUHAYIMANA before the court of assizes of Paris”.
