October 6, 2011 : the Versailles Administrative Court annuls the decree of 4 May 2011 and asked the Prefect of the Essonne to grant a residence permit to Agathe Kanziga under the “private and family life” .

21 December 2012 : the Versailles Administrative Court reiterates its request to the Prefect of the Essonne.

June 4, 2013 : The State Council set aside the judgment of 21 December 2012 and support the Prefect of Essonne in its refusal to grant a residence permit to Agathe Kanziga .
